Toast with Poached Egg and Beef Steak Recipe Video
Poached eggs for breakfast, is very healthy. In this we are serving beef and toast along with it. Seeems really healthy. A must for the mornings for the busy day.
Ingredients
| Toasts | 2 | |
| Thin beef cut | 100 Gram | |
| Olive oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Fresh tomato | 1 , sliced | |
| Black pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Medium-high heat the pan.
Add oil, and beef cut to the pan.
Add water to the pan.
Bring it to boil.
Add vinegar.
Lower the temperature to simmer.
Add eggs, cook for 3 minutes.
Remove eggs from the pan, dry on a paper.
Remove steak from the pan.
Place it on a plate.
Put eggs on top of steak.
Slice the toasts.
Place it on the side of eggs.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
Garnish with tomato slices.
