Ingredients

 5 lbs blue plums cooked and put through collander 2 kg
 Apples4 Pound, chopped
 Onions3 Large, chopped
 Allspice1 Tablespoon
 Cloves1 Tablespoon
 Ginger1 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Brown sugar4 Pound
 Cayenne pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 3 cups vinegar, malt or cider 750 mL

Directions

Combine plum puree and remaining ingredients.
Cook uncovered, stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
