Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven 350F.
2 Line a 15 cm cake tin with brown paper and grease it.


MAKING
3 In a bowl, sift the flour, salt, baking powder, soda and nutmeg together.
4 In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
5 Gradually add in the sifted ingredients and mix well.
6 Add in the fruit, condensed milk, caramel syrup and milk and mix
to a fairly soft consistency.
7 Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
8 Bake in a moderate oven till cooked.

SERVING
9 Slice and serve.
10 This cake can be kept for up to 2 weeks.
