Plum Butter Recipe
Ingredients
greengage or damson plums, honey
allspice, ground pureed
nutmeg, ground
Directions
To each cup of plum pulp add 1/2 cup honey.
Add small amounts of spices.
Cook slowly until thick and clear.
Pour into hot sterilized jars.
Seal.
