 Fryer chicken3 pound, skinned
 1 can purple plums in juice, drained and pitted
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Chili Sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Prepared mustard1 Tablespoon

Directions

Arrange chicken, meaty sides up with thickest parts to outside edges, in rectangular microwavable dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches.
Place remaining ingredients in blender container.
Cover and blend on medium speed until well blended.
Pour over chicken.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 10 minutes.
Place remaining ingredients in blender container.
Cover and blend on medium speed until well blended.
Spoon sauce over chicken; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Cover and microwave until thickest pieces are done, 6 to 10 minutes longer.
Stir juices; spoon over chicken.
