Plum Whip Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. frozen, stoned plums | ||
| Granulated Sugar | 4 Ounce | |
| 12-fl. oz. black cherry yoghurt | ||
| Egg whites | 2 | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan, add in the plums and sugar and heat on low flame till the sugar dissolves
2. Simmer this preparation for about twenty minutes until soft enough
3. Allow the fruit to cool and puree the fruit in an electric blender or pess it through a sieve
4. Add the yogurt to the blended fruit mixture
5. Whisk the egg whites till stiff and add to the fruit preparation too
SERVING
6. Pour it into individual glasses before serving
