Plum Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup plum jelly OR jam | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| White wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Powdered ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a small saucepan, add all the ingredients and stir over a low heat and blend well until the jelly is melted.
2) Alternately, place in a microwave on MEDIUM for 3-5 minutes.
3) Allow the sauce to cool before serving.
SERVING
4) Use as required.
