Plum Sauce Using Mango Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
| Mango chutney | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup red plum jelly | ||
| Light brown sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |

MAKING
1. From the mango chutney, drain the liquid and set aside
2. Chop up the solid pieces of the chutney finely
3. Mix the chopped solids and the chutney liquid with the remaining ingredients; cover and set aside at room temperature for an hour
SERVING
4. Goes well with Chinese style or even barbequed spareribs
