Ingredients

 Plums6 Large
 Water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cinnamon powder1/4 Teaspoon
 2 tablets sugar-free sweetener, powdered
 Vanilla essence1/4 Teaspoon
 Rum1 Tablespoon
 Decoration
 Lime rind1/2 Teaspoon, grated

Directions

Cut plums and remove seeds.
Heat water in a pan over high heat.
Add cinnamon and boil for 5 minutes.
Add plums, lower heat and cook for about 4-6 minutes till fruit is tender.
Remove from heat and stir in sweetener.
Cool and pour into a blender with vanilla.
Blend to a smooth puree.
Mix in rum (if used) and pour into a serving bowl.
Cover and chill for 24 hours.
Sprinkle with lime rind and serve chilled.
