Plum Pot Recipe
Ingredients
| Plums | 6 Large | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tablets sugar-free sweetener, powdered | ||
| Vanilla essence | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Rum | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Decoration | ||
| Lime rind | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
Directions
Cut plums and remove seeds.
Heat water in a pan over high heat.
Add cinnamon and boil for 5 minutes.
Add plums, lower heat and cook for about 4-6 minutes till fruit is tender.
Remove from heat and stir in sweetener.
Cool and pour into a blender with vanilla.
Blend to a smooth puree.
Mix in rum (if used) and pour into a serving bowl.
Cover and chill for 24 hours.
Sprinkle with lime rind and serve chilled.
