Ingredients

 8 large red plums, washed, pitted and halved
 2 peaches, washed, pitted, peeled and halved
 2 nectarines, washed, pitted, peeled and halved
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry red wine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Honey1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cinnamon stick1

Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Lift out fruit and put into glass dessert bowl.
Simmer juice for another 20 minutes to concentrate it.
Remove cinnamon stick.
Pour juice over fruit.
Chill.
Serve cold accompanied by a dish of sour cream or yogurt.
