Plum Mustard Pork Chops Recipe

| 4 boneless pork loin chops, 1 /2 inch thick (5 oz each) | ||
| Salt | 1 /4 Teaspoon | |

| 1 /4 cup Asian plum sauce or apricot jam | ||
| Yellow mustard | 4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1 Heat a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper and cook in the skillet for 5-6 minutes,turning after 3 minutes.
2 In a small bowl mix plum sauce and mustard.
SERVING
3 Serve the pork chops with the prepared sauce.
