Plum Fluff Recipe
Ingredients
| Plums | 2 1/2 Can (10oz) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Egg whites | 2 | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped |
Directions
Drain plums, remove pits and mash plums with fork; add lemon juice.
Beat egg whites until stiff; beat sugar in gradually.
Fold whipped cream and plums into meringue.
Chill about 1 hour.
Serves 6 to 8.
