Plum Crumble Slice Recipe
Ingredients
| 7 1/2-oz. ]pkt. frozen shortcrust pastry, thawed | ||
| Butter | 2 Ounce | |
| Plain flour | 3 Ounce | |
| Rolled oats | 1/2 Ounce | |
| Brown sugar | 3 Ounce | |
| 1 lb. frozen sweetened, stoned plums, thawed | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Roll out the pastry and line a cake tin, with its dimension as 7"X11"X1", with it
2. Take a bowl and blend together the flour, oats and brown sugar in it
3. Melt butter in a saucepan, pour it over the flour and oats mixture and spread it using a fork
4. Over the pastry, make a layer of the plums and top it with the crumble topping
5. Bake the same in the oven for half an hour at 400°F; cool when done
SERVING
6. Cut into squares before serving
