 Water6 Cup (96 tbs)
 Salt7 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
 White asparagus1⁄2 Pound (Use Baby Or Small Variety)
 Baby pattypan squash12 (Along With Other Mixed Baby Vegetables)
 Baby zucchini12
 Baby yellow squash12
 Baby carrots12
 Green beans12 (Use Baby Or Small Variety)
 Butter/Margarine6 Tablespoon (Use 3/4 Stick)
 Dried basil1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Freshly ground pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Parsley sprigs1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), trimmed


1. Take water in a saucepan, add 1 tbsp salt and bring to boil. Lower the heat and allow to simmer.
2. Take a strainer, place asparagus along with other vegetables in it and immerse in water to blanch for 2 minutes. Drain excessive water.
3. Take a small pan, add butter and melt it. Stir basil and season with salt and pepper.

4. Take a serving dish, creatively arrange the drained vegetables, allow butter mixture to drizzle on the vegetables and garnish with parsley sprigs. Serve immediately.
