Ingredients
2 1/2 cup sifted flour
1 qt. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs, whipped
Directions
Sift together flour, salt and sugar.
Add eggs to 2 cups milk using a wire whip.
Beat until well mixed.
Beat in the remaining 2 cups milk and add the butter.
Let mixture stand in refrigerator for at least 1 day for best results.
Heat Swedish pancake pan and butter with Pam.
Pour about 1 tablespoon into each depression of pan.
Brown on 1 side, turn and brown on other side.
Add eggs to 2 cups milk using a wire whip.
Beat until well mixed.
