Ingredients
1/2 cup sorghum
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
4 pounds pork spareribs
Directions
In 2-cup glass measure, combine sorghum, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire, salt, and hot pepper sauce.
Cook at HIGH for 3 minutes or till boiling; set aside.
Cut ribs in 1-rib portions.
Cook, covered, in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 20 minutes, rearranging ribs once.
Drain off liquid.
Spoon sorghum sauce over ribs.
Cook, uncovered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7i) for 25 minutes or till tender, rearranging ribs once and basting with sauce.
Cook at HIGH for 3 minutes or till boiling; set aside.
