Ingredients

 Plank-cooked salmon-1 1/2-pound-bones removed
 Light cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sour cream2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice3 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Tabasco sauce-3 dashes
 Fresh chives or green onions (green part only)-2 tablespoons-finely chopped
 Watercress-1 bunch-garnish

Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor bowl, tip in the salmon, cream, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and Tabasco sauce
2. Process well until the mixture is completely smooth
3. Add seasonings to the mix as required
4. Add chives, green onions and mix again till completely smooth
5. Cover and chill for five hours or till completely processed

SERVING
6. Serve immediately with your favorite crackers and sprinkled with watercress

TIP
It can also be served frozen by chilling the dish overnight
