Cut in half and make four rolls.
Cook the bacon rolls under a preheated moderate grill (broiler) until cooked.
Melt 15 g/1/2 oz (1 tablespoon) butter in the bottom of the grill (broiler) pan, add the fish, skin side down, and cook, basting with the butter from time to time.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Melt the remaining butter in a pan.
Slice the banana and lightly fry for 5 minutes.
Arrange the fish on a warmed serving dish and top with the bacon rolls and banana.
Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
