Pizzas Recipe

This recipe for pizza is easy to prepare and homade recipe for the popular italian dish. Made with prepared pizza base or dough, the topping is made with chopped chopped tomatoes, capsicum and onions with tomato sauce for flavor. Indianised with the use of garam masala and red chili powder, some mozzarella cheese is also added to the pizzas before popping them in teh oven for a complete meal or a heavy snack.

Ingredients

 4 pizza bases
 Tomato ketchup2 Tablespoon
 Mustard paste4 Teaspoon
 Onions225 Gram, thinly sliced
 Tomatoes150 Gram, chopped
 Capsicum125 Gram, chopped
 200 gms. mozzrella cheese, grated
 Salt To Taste
 Red chilli powder3/4 Teaspoon
 Garam masala powder1 Teaspoon
 Coriander powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Oil2 Tablespoon

Directions

Heat oil, in a 1 litre dish, on 100% power for 1:10 minutes.
Add the onions ,mix and microwave on 100%power for 5:00 minutes .Stir 2-3 times during cooking .Add the chopped tomatoes, capsicums and salt, mix well.
Microwave on 100% power for 3:00 minutes.
Aix in the red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and microwave on 100% power for 2:00 minutes.
Allow the topping to cool slightly.
Apply tomato ketchup and mustard paste on the pizza bases, top with the prepared topping.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Pre heat the oven on 'convection' at 250 °C, with the lightly greased metal tray, placed on the high rack.
Place the pizzas on the metal tray, and bake at 250°C for 15:00 minutes.
Cut the pizzas into slices and serve.
