Directions

In a bowl combine the ground beef, milk, cracker crumbs, eggs, onion, salt, garlic salt, oregano, and basil.
Mix until well blended, then lightly pat into a 9 by 13-inch baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, in a 400° oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, drain off excess drippings, and spread pizza sauce over top.
Distribute any of the extra toppings you choose over meat, then sprinkle evenly with the Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Put back into the oven, uncovered, for about 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Cut in squares and serve at once on toasted French bread slices.
