1 6 ounce can tomato paste
3 ounces (1/2 can) water
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons oregano
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded with shredding disk
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Additional Toppings Fresh mushrooms, chopped coarsely with metal blade or sliced with the slicing disk
Pitted black olives, sliced or chopped with the metal blade
Green peppers, chopped with the metal blade
Onion, chopped with the metal blade or sliced with the slicing disk
Pepperoni, sliced with the serrated slicing disk (What a joy it is to use the processor for this tedious task!)
Fresh parsley, chopped with the metal blade Cooked ground beef Cooked sausage Anchdvy fillets Silvered ham
Fresh tomato slices or wedges Combine tomato paste with water and spread on prepared pizza dough.
Sprinkle with seasonings and oil.
