Pizza Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. medium ground beef 500 g | ||
| Dry bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Garlic powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 12 cubes 125 g | ||
| Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1x14 fl.oz. tin spaghetti sauce hot rice parsley 398 mL tin | ||
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the first 6 ingredients.
Shape into 12 large meatballs, (larger than golf ball size) each with a small cube of Mozzarella cheese in the center.
Roll each ball in flour.
Heat the oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat.
Brown the meatballs on all sides.
Drain off the oil.
Add the spaghetti sauce to the pan with the meatballs and simmer about 10-15 minutes.
Serve on rice.
