Ingredients

 1 lb. medium ground beef 500 g
 Dry bread crumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground black pepper1 Dash
 Onion2 Tablespoon, minced
 Garlic powder2 Teaspoon
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 12 cubes 125 g
 Flour3 Tablespoon
 Oil3 Tablespoon
 1x14 fl.oz. tin spaghetti sauce hot rice parsley 398 mL tin

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together the first 6 ingredients.
Shape into 12 large meatballs, (larger than golf ball size) each with a small cube of Mozzarella cheese in the center.
Roll each ball in flour.
Heat the oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat.
Brown the meatballs on all sides.
Drain off the oil.
Add the spaghetti sauce to the pan with the meatballs and simmer about 10-15 minutes.
Serve on rice.
