Pizza Fondue Recipe
A great combination with french bread, Pizza Fondue tops of my list of favorite appetizers. It is indeed the flavor of cheese that lend to the flavor of pizza fondue. Give this lip smacking pizza fondue a try.
Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 1/2 pound | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Pizza sauce | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Fennel seeds | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried oregano | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded mozzarella cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| French Bread, Cut Into Cubes | ||
Directions
In a large saucepan or electric fondue pot, brown beef and onion.
Drain off fat.
In a medium bowl, combine pizza sauce, cornstarch, fennel seeds, oregano and garlic powder; mix well.
Add sauce mixture to cooked beef.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened.
Reduce heat to medium, add cheeses.
Cook until cheeses are melted, stirring occasionally.
Keep warm over low heat to maintain serving consistency.
Serve with French bread cubes.
