 Refrigerated butter flake rolls1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fantan Type Yeast Rolls)
 Spaghetti sauce mix1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Canned tomatoes1 Pound (1 Pound)
 Garlic1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
 Parmesan cheese1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
 Minced anchovy fillets2 Teaspoon

Directions

Divide each of 18 pieces of dough into 2 layers.
Place 36 thin biscuits on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 7 minutes at 375° F.
Do not remove from cookie sheet.
Meanwhile, combine sauce mix, tomatoes and garlic in a saucepan and simmer 20 minutes.
Place a tablespoon of spaghetti sauce on each biscuit, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with a pinch of minced anchovy.
Broil until bubbling.
Serve hot.
Makes 36 canapes.(Flaky Refrigerator biscuits may be substituted and separated in the same way.
One package will make 24 thin biscuits.
Bake 8 minutes at 400° F.)
