Ingredients
* 1/8 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 1/8 teaspoon anise seed
* 1/4 pound lean ground beef
* 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
* 1 hamburger buns, split
* 1 lettuce leaves
* 1 tomato slices
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture; mix well. Shape into six patties. Place on broiler pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Broil 6 in. from heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 1 minute longer or until cheese is melted. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato.

If you use ground lean goat/mutton or chicken or even minced pork tenderloin the fat is far less! Buy lean meats and mince your own for healthier choice meats.
