Just wanting people to use our beer in the Culinary Arts. Randy Ream respects our beer and is now using it to make a delicious sausage available at their Elburn, Il store.

Pork, Onion, Garlic, spices and Mamma Mia Pizza Beer

Directions

Heat coals to one side, when hot, put sausage on, Spritz with Pizza Beer (the Sausage, then you) turn at 5 minute intervals and at the 15 minute mark move to the cool side & allow to set for an additional five minutes . Chef Tom likes 'em straight up, Mamma Mia likes Mustard, The kids & Chef Tom's Dad on a bun with their favorite condiments.
