3 lbs Catfish Nuggets
1 Bottle Mamma mia Pizza Beer
2 Jalapeno's diced
1 lemon
Salt, Pepper & garlic Powde
Directions
Dice 2 jalapeno's
Wash 3 lbs of Catfish Nuggets
Combine in a bag
Empty contents of one Pizza Beer into the bag.
Put on ice & refrigerate for 1 -3 hours
Fire up grill
take a foil pan & put it on the cool part of the grill
empty beer leaving Jalapeno & fish in bag
put 1/4 cup or so of olive oil into bag
Season with Salt, pepper & garlic powder
use stir fry basket for grill over hot coals
put fish on grill, do not overfill, may need to do two or three batches
stir fry for around 10 minutes
put into pizza beer on the grill & cook until flaky (about 5 - 10 minutes
serve with Lemon, hot sauce and/or malt vinegar
