Recipe Story

We love our beer & food. The beer has all the necessary spices except salt, pepper & hot sauce. We either eat this by itself, or if extra hungry, serve over wild or brown rice.

Ingredients

 Chicken breasts6 , cut in half if breasts are extra large
 Pizza beer2 Bottle (2 l)
 Hot sauce To Taste
 Onion1
 Poblano peppers2
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste
 Garlic3 Clove (15 gm)
 Sesame oil1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

Clean chicken & put in a zip type bag. Pour enough pizza beer over the chicken to cover. Use a generous amount of hot sauce (to your taste) and seal the bag. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 1 hour.
Finely chop the onion and pepper. Heat a skillet (medium high) & add oil. When oil is hot, add the onion & pepper. Season with salt & black pepper. Saute until onion is translucent. Add the garlic & saute for another minute or two. Remove chicken from beer marinade & lightly salt & pepper. reserve marinade.
Use spatula to move the veggies to the outside of the pan, brown each side of chicken for 2minutes on each side. Add enitre contents of marinade & reduce heat to Medium. Sautee on each side for around 10 minutes each side or until internal temp is 170 degrees. Serve as a main course with rice or pasta, makes a great sandwich & more.
