Directions

mix flour, ice and paprika

begin whisking the beer into the mix. Add enough beer so that the mixture resembles Pancake Batter

Heat oil to 375 degrees If you don't have a deep fryer, consider using a wok.

Dip fish into batter & coat well.

Be careful dipping into the oil, begin deep frying & turn often until golden brown in color (about 3-3.5 minutes)

Remove fish and place on a wire rack with paper towels under the rack. The excess oil will drain better this way. If you don't have a wire rack then line a plate with paper towels & let the fish rest a minute or so.

Grab the extra "Mamma Mia! Pizza Beer" & pour some on the fish, take a bite & sip some beer, Repeat until fish and beer are consumed.
