Pizza Beans Recipe
These Pizza Beans taste fabulous ! These Pizza Beans are one of the best soy bean dishes that I've ever tasted. Eat them for breakfast or as a meal accompaniment ! Tell me if you like them !
Ingredients
1 15-ounce can soy beans, undrained
1 cup canned tomatoes, drained
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/3 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons oregano
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 slices salami, cut into Winch strips
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Directions
Combine vegetables, spices, herbs, and mozzarella cheese in the slow cooker.
Top with salami strips and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and heat on high for 1 hour.
Serve with tossed greens and garlic bread.
