Pizza Recipe

This pizza recipe is easy and simple and prepared with a handful of ingredients.this recipe is for a plain pizza dough and is simply baked with flour, yeast and olive oil.

Ingredients

 7g sachet dried yeast or 15 g fresh
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Lukewarm water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Plain flour2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 2 tablespoons olive oil extra
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

1.
In a small bowl combine yeast and sugar, add lukewarm water, mix well, set aside in a warm place until mixture foams.
2.
In a large bowl, mix flour and salt and add yeast mixture and olive oil.
Mix well, add extra water only if necessary.
3.
Knead dough for 5 minutes on floured board.
4.
Return dough to bowl, cover and prove in oven for 10 minutes on 40 °C CONVECTION, then 10 minutes at 70°C.

Punch down dough and knead again until smooth.
Roll with rolling pin until dough covers 32cm greased pizza tray 6.
Cover dough and prove again for 10 minutes 40°C.
7.
Pre-heat oven 200°C.
8.
Cover dough with favourite pizza toppings and cook for 15-20 minutes on CONVECTION 200°C.
