| Dried oregano | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 16 slices mozzarella cheese, about 8 ounces | ||
| 2 6-ounce jars marinated artichokes, drained | ||
| 8 sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained and cut into thin strips | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 500°. Divide pizza dough in half and roll into two 12-inch circles. Sprinkle each of two baking sheets with 1 tablespoon cornmeal. Place dough circles on cornmeal.
2. Spread tomatoes evenly over dough; sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano. Top with mozzarella cheese, artichokes, and sun-dried tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then drizzle each with 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil.
