Ingredients
| Spaghetti | 1 Pound | |
| Fennel seeds | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 6 Clove (30 gm), chopped | |
| Mushroom | 6 Medium, sliced | |
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped finely | |
| Pepperoni | 1 Pound, sliced | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato sauce | 28 Ounce (1 can) | |
| Truffle oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mozzarella cheese | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Fresh fennel | 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely |

Directions
1.Cook the pasta as per the directions on the package.
2.Chop the onions and garlic.
3.Slice the mushrooms.
4.Set the oven on broil.
MAKING
5. In a medium sauté pan, heat the olive oil and add a little of the pepperoni to it in order to flavor the oil.
6. Sauté a little and add the fennel and oregano in it.
7. Add the onions and saute until soft.
8. Pour in the sauce and let it simmer.
9. Throw in the cooked spaghetti in the sauce and coat it well.
10. Drizzle the truffle oil.
11. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the pasta evenly.
12. Top with sliced mushrooms, pepperoni and onions and drizzle a little truffle oil again.
13. Place it in the oven under broil for 10 mins.
14. Take it out and sprinkle the chopped fresh fennel.
SERVING
15. Serve right away.
