Ingredients
60 Health Valley herb crackers
1/2 cup Health Valley Bellissimo pasta sauce
1/2 tsp Health Valley Instead of Salt
Vegetable seasoning
1/2 tsp Health Valley Instead of Salt
All-purpose seasoning
1 1/2 oz. cheddar cheese, cut into 1/8 in. (3 mm) cubes
Parsley sprouts for garnish
Directions
Place crackers on cookie sheet.
Mix pasta sauce with seasonings, drop1/2 t. (1 mL) on each cracker, then top with 1 cheese cube.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
