Ingredients

 2 Loaves Frozen Bread Dough, unbaked
 Ground chuck1 Pound
 Onion3/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Tomato sauce 8 Ounce
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 Oregano1/2 Teaspoon
 Celery salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic salt1/3 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Ripe olives1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Mushrooms1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 Tbs. Dried Sweet Pepper Flakes

Directions

Let dough rise according to package directions.
Meat Filling: Combine in skillet, meat, onion, tomato sauce, mushrooms and pepper flakes.
Add paprika, oregano, celery salt, garlic salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
Stir in olives; cool to lukewarm.
Press dough out on greased cookie sheets to 14 x 12 inches.
Place half of meat mixture on each down center third of dough to within 2 inches of the ends.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Fold ends over filling.
Fold sides over filling.
Brush with milk, let rise in warm place for 15 minutes.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
