Directions
1.Preheat the oven.
MAKING
2.In a bowl, stir in sugar in the water till the time it dissolves, add yeast to it and stir well. Let this solution sit for 5 minutes until dissolved and foamy.
3.In the Cuisinart bowl with the blade already inserted, add the flour and turn on. Add yeast, salt and flour to blend by slowly adding water until the dough sticks to your finger and stretches up.
4.Take a large bowl and grease with oil to put the dough inside it. Coat oil all around the dough by rotating it. Cover the bowl and allow the dough to rise for about an hour until it doubles in size.
FINALIZING
5.Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 2 to 3 until the time they puff, rise and brown a little and after that remove from the oven, spread tomato sauce nicely over the crust and the edges.
6.Add basil or any other topping you desire and bake for another 5 to 8 minutes till the time its done.
SERVING
7.Serve sprinkled with your favorite seasoning on top.
