Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl combine all-purpose flour, yeast, sugar and salt and mix thoroughly. Add the warm water and olive oil and mix.
2. Knead until the dough cleans the sides of the bowl. Continue kneading the dough for 5 minutes. Add additional flour if the dough is sticky.
3. Spread some olive oil around the bowl. Place the dough back in the bowl and turn it over so that the entire dough is coated with olive oil.
4. Cover the dough with plastic wrap. Set the bowl in a warm place until dough is doubled in size, about 90 minutes.

SERVING
5. Use this dough to make pizza, calzone or stromboli.
