Pizza Crust Recipe
Ingredients
| THIN (12" - 14") | ||
| 2 cups plus 1 tbsp. flour | ||
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup warm water with dry yeast dissovled | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Knead 15 minutes.
Allow to rise.
Punch down.
Repeat.
(For crisper crust use 1 tbsp. corn meal instead of flour)
