 2 cups plus 1 tbsp. flour
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 1/2 cup warm water with dry yeast dissovled
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Sugar1 Tablespoon

Directions

Knead 15 minutes.
Allow to rise.
Punch down.
Repeat.
(For crisper crust use 1 tbsp. corn meal instead of flour)
