Pizza Chicken Italiano Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 whole chicken breasts (split, boned, skinned) | ||
| 1 15-oz. can Del Monte Tomato Sauce | ||
| Oregano | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| 1/2 tsp. each garlic salt, onion powder and sugar | ||
| Ripe olives | 1 2 1/4 Ounce, drained | |
| Mozzarella cheese slice | 4 | |
Directions
Place chicken in 2-quart baking dish.
Combine tomato sauce, oregano, chopped parsley, garlic salt, onion powder and sugar.
Pour over chicken, cover, and bake at 425°F. for 15 minutes.
Top with olives and Mozzarella cheese and continue to bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
