Pizza Carbonara Recipe
Ingredients
| 10-oz. can All Ready Pizza Crust | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon (SAUCE) | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon (SAUCE) | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (SAUCE) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated (SAUCE) | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1 1/2 Teaspoon (SAUCE) | |
| 1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped green onions | ||
| Cooked slice | 10 , crumbled (TOPPINGS) | |
| Mushrooms | 6 , sliced (TOPPINGS) | |
| Shredded mozzarella cheese | 8 Ounce (TOPPINGS) | |
Directions
Heat oven to 425°F.
Lightly grease 12-inch pizza pan or 13x9-inch pan.
Unroll dough and place in greased pan; starting at center, press out with hands.
Bake at 425°F. for 8 to 11 minutes or until entire crust is light golden brown.
Meanwhile, melt margarine in small saucepan over low heat.
Using wire whisk, stir in flour; cook until mixture is smooth and bubbly, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk.
Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils, stirring constantly.
Add Parmesan cheese and hot pepper sauce; stir until cheese is melted.
Spread sauce mixture evenly over partially baked crust.
Top with green onions, bacon and mushrooms.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
