Ingredients

 Warm water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Active dry yeast1
 Oil1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Flour2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pizza sauce8 Ounce
 Mozzarella cheese8 Ounce, grated
 8 Oz. Pkg. Thinly Sliced Danish Ham or thinly sliced Beef Sausage or anv other favorite pizza topping
 Tomato1 , thinly sliced

Directions

Mix water and yeast until yeast is dissolved.
Mix in oil and salt.
Add flour.
Knead 5-10 minutes or until smooth.
Put in greased bowl and cover; let rise until double or about 1 hour.
Spread dough out on greased 12 inch diameter pizza pan.
Lightly grease top of dough.
Bake in 425 degree oven about 10 minutes.
Spread on pizza sauce, top with meat evenly.
Bake another 5-10 minutes.
Add grated Mozzarella cheese; bake another 5-10 minutes.
Slice into 8 serving pieces and garnish with fresh tomato slices.
