Pizza Recipe

This lovely pizza recipe is a veg pizza recipe made with green peppers and onions. Seasoned with italian spices and drizzled with cheese, this homemade pizza is great for a light lunch or meal.

Ingredients

 
1 1/2 cup Basic Whole Wheat Bread dough
 
1 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
 
1 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
 
1 onion, chopped
 
1 green pepper, chopped to taste
 
Italian seasoning
 
4 tsp. mozzarella cheese, finely grated

Directions

1. Roll out bread dough onto a nonstick baking sheet.
2. Mix Pizza Sauce and cottage cheese together. Spread over crust.
3. Cover with onion, green pepper, or other low-fat toppings. Sprinkle Italian seasoning to taste.
4. Top sparingly with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
