6 whole wheat pita breads
 
1 can tomato sauce
 
1 teaspoon oregano
 
1 teaspoon basil
 
1 cup sliced mushrooms
 
1 green pepper, chopped
 
1 medium onion, chopped
 
crushed red chili peppers to taste
 
3 Tablespoons grated soy Parmesan cheese

Directions

Mix the tomato sauce with the oregano and basil.
Spread it evenly on the pitas.
Top each circle with some mushrooms, chopped peppers and onions.
Sprinkle a little grated Parmesan on each pizza.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place pizzas in the hot oven, directly on the oven racks.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes.
