Pita Pizza Recipe Video
A great way to eat veges! The Pita Pizza is low in fat and so yummo!!
Ingredients
pita
chopped garlic
chopped onion
chopped tomato
olive oil
basil
black pepper
oregano
grated mozzarella cheese
grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Medium heat the skillet.
Add olive oil to the skillet.
Rub pita into oil.
Sprinkle with basil, black pepper, garlic, onion, mozzarella cheese, tomato, parmesan cheese, and oregano.
Cover the skillet.
Cook for a minute.
Set aside the skillet.
Serve.
