Pita Pizza Wedges Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 6 1/2-inch pita bread rounds | ||
| Pizza sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 4-ounce can chopped mushrooms, drained | ||
| Shredded mozzarella cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Split each pita round in half horizontally.
Quarter each round, forming 16 triangles total.
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake in a 325° oven for 18 to 20 minutes or till crisp and golden.
Spread pizza sauce over toasted triangles.
Top with mushrooms and cheese.
Return to oven and bake about 5 minutes more or till cheese melts.
