Ingredients

 2 whole wheat pita breads, 4-inch
 1/4 cup prepared Basic Tomato Sauce, divided
 1/4 cup shredded low-moisture, part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
 Green pepper2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Sliced mushrooms1/4 Cup (16 tbs), divided

Directions

Split pita breads in half.
Toast.
Top each half with tomato sauce, cheese, green pepper and mushrooms.
Place on paper towel-lined serving plate.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until cheese melts, rotating plate after half the time.
