Directions

GETTING READY:
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Blend a can of whole tomatoes for the tomato sauce.

MAKING:
3. Split the pita bread into halves and place on cookie tray.
4. Put a touch of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce on each pita bread slice.
5. Next, place some artichokes and roast beef on each bread slice.
6. Next, place some black olives and feta cheese.
7. Add a touch of oregano and salt.
8. Put the tray in the broiler for about 5 minutes. Remember that they cook really fast so keep an eye out for this.
9. Take the mini pizza out of the broiler and let it cool for 2-4 minutes.
10. For the hummus: Add 1 cup garbanzo beans, 1 cup chickpeas, 1 tablespoon Tahini, a dash of paprika, salt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, ½ a lemon and blend in the blender.
11. Add more olive oil and water if it’s too dry.

SERVING:
12. Plate a portion of hummus with a mini pizza and serve as a healthy snack.
