Pita Bread Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 (7- to 8-inch) pita bread round | ||
| 3 tablespoons tomato sauce or tomato soup | ||
| 1/4 pound cooked ground beef or bulk pork sausage, sliced pepperoni, or any desired cooked meat | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Small | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Cut pita bread crosswise to yield 2 round crusts.
Place pita bread on baking sheet; spread cut side with tomato sauce, meat, and any or all of the remaining ingredients.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
