Pit Barbecued Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 pound | |
| Catsup | 1 Pint | |
| Vinegar | 1 Pint | |
| Tabasco | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 small bottle Worcestershire | ||
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon onion juice | ||
| 1 1/2 cloves garlic, chopped fine | ||
| Salt | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Black and red pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
Add more seasonings if desired.
This makes a lot and is a good barbeque sauce for all meats and chicken.
