Pistachio Raita Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain yoghurt | 3 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rose water | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Clear honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 3 dozen shelled chopped unsalted pistachios | ||
Directions
Stir the yoghurt, rose water, honey, and pistachios together and chill the mixture.
Sprinkle with the saffron, if wished, and serve.
